The portfolio overview
Assetbeheer → Onderhoud lists every maintenance job across every installation instead of one installation at a time. Open work comes first with the soonest due date at the top (the order it has to be dealt with) and the completed history sits under it, most recent first. Each row names the installation it belongs to and links into its dashboard.
A job is overdue when it is past its due date and still open. Executed and Marked as done are separate flags, and either one closes a job; work can be signed off without having been carried out.
The figures above the list cover the whole portfolio and do not follow the filters:
| Figure | How it is counted |
|---|---|
| Planned this month | Open jobs due this calendar month, and the locations they span |
| Overdue | Open jobs past their due date |
| Done this year | Jobs closed this year, and how many landed within the deadline |
| Average deviation | Mean days between the due date and the day work was carried out |
Punctuality and the average deviation are measured only over jobs that recorded a completion date. When none did, the tiles say so rather than claiming zero.
The installaties page counts overdue installations: a lift with four late jobs is one visit. This page counts jobs, matching the list under it. The two figures differ on purpose.
