Client Management

The Clients module manages your customer relationships and accounts.

Client Information

Basic Details

Addresses

Multiple addresses supported:

Creating Clients

Step 1: Navigate to Clients

  1. Go to ERP > Clients
  2. Click Add Client

Step 2: Enter Basic Info

  1. Enter company name
  2. Select client type
  3. Add tax ID if applicable
  4. Enter contact details

Step 3: Add Addresses

  1. Enter primary address
  2. Add billing address if different
  3. Add shipping addresses as needed

Step 4: Configure Settings

  1. Set payment terms
  2. Assign credit limit
  3. Select currency
  4. Choose price list

Step 5: Save

Review and save client record.

Client List

View all clients:

  • Search by name or ID
  • Filter by status, type
  • Sort by various fields

Client Detail

Individual client view:

  • Profile information
  • Address book
  • Contacts
  • Order history
  • Invoice history
  • Credit status

Client Status

StatusDescription
ActiveNormal operations
On HoldOrders blocked

Putting Client on Hold

When payment issues arise:

  1. Open client
  2. Change status to Hold
  3. New orders blocked
  4. Resolve issues
  5. Reactivate when resolved

Credit Management

Credit Limits

Control exposure per client:

  1. Set credit limit
  2. System tracks outstanding
  3. Warns when approaching
  4. Blocks when exceeded

Credit Check

On order creation:

Current Outstanding: $8,000
New Order: $3,000
Credit Limit: $10,000
Result: Warning - Will exceed limit

Credit History

Track payment behavior:

  • Payment timeliness
  • Average days to pay
  • Credit utilization
