Creating Production Orders

Step 1: Create Order

1. Go to ERP > Production
2. Click New Production Order
3. Select product to manufacture
4. Enter quantity

Step 2: Review BOM

System loads Bill of Materials:

Step 3: Schedule Production

1. Set planned start date
2. Set expected completion
3. Assign to production line

Step 4: Start Production

1. Verify materials available
2. Click Start Production
3. Components reserved

Recording Output

Completed Units

Record finished products:

1. Open production order
2. Click Record Output
3. Enter quantity produced
4. Inventory updated

Partial Completion

Record in batches:

Production Order: 1000 units
Batch 1: 400 units (Jan 10)
Batch 2: 350 units (Jan 11)
Batch 3: 250 units (Jan 12)
Total: 1000 units ✓
