Work orders to manufacture products:
- Based on Bill of Materials
- Consumes components
- Produces finished goods

Step 1: Create Order
- Go to ERP > Production
- Click New Production Order
- Select product to manufacture
- Enter quantity
Step 2: Review BOM
System loads Bill of Materials:

Step 3: Schedule Production
- Set planned start date
- Set expected completion
- Assign to production line
Step 4: Start Production
- Verify materials available
- Click Start Production
- Components reserved
Production Status

| Planned | Scheduled, not started |
| In Progress | Production active |
| Completed | Production finished |
| Cancelled | Order cancelled |
Recording Output
Completed Units
Record finished products:
- Open production order
- Click Record Output
- Enter quantity produced
- Inventory updated

Record in batches:
Production Order: 1000 units
Batch 1: 400 units (Jan 10)
Batch 2: 350 units (Jan 11)
Batch 3: 250 units (Jan 12)
