Open asset
Go to Certifications tab
Click Add Certification
Enter:

- Issuing authority
- Certificate number

The portfolio overview

Assetbeheer → Keuringen lists every certification across every installation, most recently issued first. Each row names the installation it belongs to and links into its dashboard.

The figures above the list count installations, not certificates, so all four share one denominator. An installation that has collected eight keuringen over the years counts once, under whichever status its most recently issued one carries.

The most recently issued certification decides an installation's status. An approval from 2020 does not outrank a rejection from this year, so an installation can appear in the list with an old approved certificate while still counting as rejected above.

A certificate that has already expired is not counted as "expiring within 60 days": that is a different problem, and it shows up under its own status.
