Creating Shipments

From Picklist

After picking complete:

1. Open completed picklist
2. Click Create Shipment
3. Enter shipping details
4. Confirm

From Order

Directly from sales order:

1. Open order
2. Click Ship
3. Select items to ship
4. Create shipment

Manual Entry

Enter tracking manually:

1. Select carrier
2. Enter tracking number
3. Customer can track

Integrated Carriers

If carrier integrated:

1. Select carrier/service
2. System gets rates
3. Print label
4. Tracking auto-populated

Shipment Documents

Packing Slip

Include with shipment:

• Items shipped
• Quantities
• Order reference

Shipping Label

Address label:

• From/to addresses
• Carrier barcode
• Service information

Commercial Invoice

For international:

• Item descriptions
• Values
• HS codes

Tracking Shipments

Internal Tracking

View shipment status:

1. Go to Logistics > Shipments
2. Find shipment
3. View status

Customer Tracking

Customers can track:

• Tracking link in email
• Order status page
• Carrier website

Delivery Confirmation

Recording Delivery

When delivered:

1. Carrier confirms
2. Status updates
3. Or manually confirm

Proof of Delivery

If available:

• Signature capture
• Photo evidence
• Timestamp

Returns

Processing Returns

For returned shipments:

1. Receive return
2. Inspect items
3. Process refund/replacement
4. Update inventory
