Project Team & Submissions
Every project has a team of owners and editors that controls who can see and manage it, and an optional buyer submission window that controls when homebuyers can submit configurations through the public viewer.
Owners and editors
Each project has at least one owner and any number of editors.
- Owner: full control. Owners can edit the project, manage the team (add/remove owners and editors), set the buyer submission window, and delete the project. The person who creates a project is automatically its first owner.
- Editor: may edit the project, but cannot delete it or change the team.
Tenant administrators (users with full access) can see and manage every project regardless of team membership.
Who sees the project internally
The Projects overview only lists projects where you are an owner or an editor. Tenant administrators see all projects.
This is separate from a project's visibility, which controls whether buyer-facing house links can be opened by anyone or only by invited buyers. See Public & Private Projects.
Projects created before this feature keep their original creator as the owner. Projects created by the system (with no real creator) have no owner and remain visible only to tenant administrators until an owner is assigned.
Managing the team
- Open the project and go to the Project tab.
- In the Project team card, adjust the Owners and Editors lists.
- Changes save automatically. At least one owner must always remain, and a user cannot be both an owner and an editor at the same time.
Only owners (or tenant administrators) can change the team; for everyone else the card is read-only.
Buyer submission window
The Buyer submission period card (Project tab, owner-only) sets the window during which buyers may submit a configuration through the public viewer.

| Start | Buyers can only submit from this date onward. Leave empty for no start limit. |
| End | Buyers can no longer submit after this date. Leave empty for no end limit. |
When a buyer tries to submit outside the window, the public viewer shows a clear "submissions closed" message instead of accepting the configuration. Internal users submitting on behalf of a buyer are not blocked by this window.
Closing a single house
You can also close an individual house for submissions (for example once it is sold) without touching the project-wide window.
- Open the project's Sales dashboard and select the house.
- Toggle Closed for submissions.
Buyers can no longer submit a configuration for that house. Houses with status Sold or Delivered are automatically treated as closed.
