Set up new construction projects in Alpha.

Creating a Project

Step 1: Navigate to Projects

1. Go to Construction > Projects
2. Click New Project

Step 2: Enter Basic Information

Step 3: Add Project Media

Upload project assets:

• Site photos
• Renderings
• Master plan
• Marketing materials

Step 4: Assign Types

Select available house types:

1. Click Add Types
2. Select types from library
3. Configure type-specific settings

Step 5: Define Units

Create project units:

1. Click Add Units
2. Enter unit details:
   • Unit number
   • Lot number
   • Applicable types
   • Starting price

Step 6: Save Project

1. Review all details
2. Save as draft or publish

4. Click Publish
