Plot projects, leads and opportunities on one map and filter them by status
Map View
The projects overview opens on a map. Every pin is something you can act on, and the toolbar above it decides what the map draws.
Switching views
Use the Table / Map switch on the right of the filter row. Both views read the same filters, so the phase, client and search you set on one carry over to the other.
Layers
Tenants with the CRM module switched on get three layer chips next to the filters:

Only Projects is on by default. Click a chip to switch its layer on or off. Tenants without the CRM never see the Leads and Opportunities chips, and the map behaves exactly as it did before.
Pin colour follows the record's status, using the same colours as the badges in the CRM lists.
Filtering by status
Switching on a CRM layer adds its own status filter:
- Leads: filter on New, Contacted, Qualified or Unqualified.
- Opportunities: filter on any opportunity status, from New through to Lost.
Leads and opportunities have separate status lists, so each layer gets its own select rather than one mixed list. Switching a layer off clears its filter.
The toolbar search applies to CRM pins too: it matches the lead or opportunity name, its city and its street.
Sharing a map
The layers and both status filters live in the URL, so a map of, say, all qualified leads in one region is a link you can send to a colleague.
Where opportunities get their location
An opportunity has no address of its own. The map places it at the address of the lead it came from, and falls back to the customer's billing address for opportunities entered straight on a customer.
Records that are not on the map
An address only becomes a pin once it has coordinates. Addresses that were never geocoded cannot be placed, and a note in the bottom-left corner says how many records that affects, so a map showing fewer kansen than the list is never silent about it.
The map draws the first 500 records per layer. Past that the same note says so.
Working from the map
- Hover a card in the bottom strip to fly to its pin.
- Click a card, or double-click a pin, to open the project, lead or opportunity.
- Right-click empty map to create a project at that spot, or use the pencil to draw the project's plot first.
