Dashboard Widgets

The home dashboard is composed of a fixed set of widgets. Each widget hides itself when its module is disabled, when you lack the required permission, or when it has nothing to show.

Greeting

A time-of-day greeting ("Good morning / afternoon / evening") with your first name or display name.

My Tasks

Shows up to 5 of your assigned tasks that are not done, each with:

  • Task name
  • Priority badge (Critical, High, Medium, Low)
  • Status badge (To Do, In Progress, In Review)
  • Due date, when set

A View all link opens the Tasks page. The widget is only visible when the Tasks module is enabled and you have the READ_TASKS permission.

Calendar

Shows Today's Schedule — up to 5 of today's events with time, location, and color indicator. When you have no events today, it switches to Upcoming Events and shows your next 5 events with their dates. A Calendar link opens the full calendar view.

Only visible when the Calendar module is enabled and you have the READ_CALENDAR permission.

Notifications

Your 5 most recent notifications with title, body, and relative timestamp. Unread notifications are marked with a dot and bold title; a footer shows how many more unread notifications you have.

Clicking a notification marks it as read and, when it has an action link, navigates there. View all opens the Notifications page.

Favorites

Quick links to pages you have starred, showing each favorite's description and category. An Edit mode lets you remove favorites. When you have no favorites, the widget prompts you to star pages you visit frequently.

Recent Updates

The latest 3 releases from the application changelog, each shown as a card with version badge, release date, and up to 5 change entries. View all opens the full changelog page. Hidden when no changelog data is available.

Active Modules

Badges for every module enabled in your organization (for example Products, Finance, Inventory, CRM, HR, Configurator). This is informational — modules are enabled per organization by platform administrators.

Inventory Dashboard

When the Inventory module is enabled, a separate Inventory tab on the dashboard shows:

CardDescription
Total Stock ValueTotal inventory valuation in your display currency
Expiring SoonCount of items nearing expiration; clicks through to the Stock report
Stock SitesNumber of stock sites with inventory
Inventory OverviewStock value broken down per site

A filter bar restricts the data by subsidiary, stock site, and storage type.
