Configure sender identity, domain settings, and communication preferences
Communication Settings
Configure how emails are sent from your tenant, including sender identity, domain configuration, and reply handling.
Sender Configuration
Set up the default sender identity for outbound emails:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Sender Name | The display name shown in the recipient's inbox (e.g., "Acme Sales") |
| Sender Email | The from-address used for outbound emails |
| Reply-To Address | Where replies are directed (can differ from sender email) |
Updating Sender Details
- Navigate to Communications > Settings
- Update the sender name, email, or reply-to address
- Save changes
Domain Setup
Configure your email domain for reliable delivery and proper authentication:
DNS Records
Set up the following DNS records for your sending domain:

|---|---|
| SPF | Authorizes the platform to send on behalf of your domain |
| DKIM | Adds a cryptographic signature to verify message integrity |
| DMARC | Defines how receiving servers handle unauthenticated messages |
Domain Verification
- Add your sending domain in settings
- The platform generates the required DNS records
- Add these records to your domain's DNS configuration
- Click Verify to confirm the records are in place
- Domain status updates to verified
Reply Handling
Configure how inbound replies are processed:

| Reply-To Address | Custom address where replies are sent |
| Inbound Capture | Enable automatic capture of replies into the inbox |
| Thread Matching | Link replies to original outbound conversations |
Tenant-Level Settings
Communication settings apply at the tenant level. All users within the tenant share the same sender configuration and domain settings.
