Included Options (Base Configuration)

Options that were set on the house in the project editor (the house's base configuration, plan options or per-house choices) are part of the house as sold:

They are pre-selected when the configurator opens.
They are labeled Inbegrepen (included) instead of showing a price, and never add to the option total.
Buyers can still deselect them: the house then reverts to the option's standard variant, or pick a different variant at its regular price.
