Pipeline View
Visual pipeline board for tracking and managing opportunities across stages
Pipeline View
The pipeline view provides a Kanban-style board where each column represents an opportunity status. Drag and drop opportunities between columns to update their stage.
Board Layout
The board displays columns for each active status in order:
- NEW -- Newly created opportunities
- IN_DISCUSSION -- Ongoing conversations
- PROPOSAL_SENT -- Awaiting customer response
- ACCEPTED -- Confirmed deals
- IN_EXECUTION -- Active work
- COMPLETED -- Finished deals
Lost opportunities are hidden from the board by default but can be shown via filters.
Drag and Drop
To move an opportunity through the pipeline:
- Click and hold an opportunity card
- Drag it to the target status column
- Release to update the status
The status change takes effect immediately. A confirmation may be required for certain transitions (e.g., moving to LOST).
Filtering
Use the filter toolbar above the board to narrow down visible opportunities:

| Owner | Filter by assigned team member |
| Value range | Minimum and maximum deal value |
| Date range | Expected close date window |
| Customer | Search by customer name |
Opportunity Cards
Each card on the board displays:
- Opportunity name
- Customer name
- Deal value
- Expected close date
- Assigned owner
- Number of linked activities
Click a card to open the full opportunity detail view.
Table View
Switch between board and table views using the toggle in the toolbar. The table view shows all opportunities in a sortable, filterable list with columns for all key fields.
