Estimate Follow-ups

Automatic call tasks when estimates are sent, worked through per day

Estimate Follow-ups (Offerte-taken)

When an estimate is sent to a customer, Alpha automatically creates a follow-up call task ("nabellen offerte") for the salesperson who sent it. The task carries everything needed to make the call: the estimate number and amount, the customer's name, and their phone number.

The follow-up list

Open CRM → Estimate follow-ups to see all open follow-up tasks, grouped by deadline:

  • Overdue: follow-ups past their deadline
  • Today / Tomorrow / Later: upcoming follow-ups per day

Each row shows the estimate number (linked to the estimate), the amount, the customer, the deadline, and a call button that dials the customer's phone number directly (tel: link, works on mobile and with desktop calling apps).

Working through a task

Every follow-up has three actions:

ActionEffect
GeakkoordeerdCompletes the task with outcome "Accepted"
Later terugbellenReschedules the task N days ahead (default from settings, adjustable per task): for unanswered calls or "we need more time"
Aanpassen offerteJumps straight to the estimate editor; the task stays open

Configuration

Under Settings → Tenant → CRM → Estimate follow-up you can:

  • Enable or disable automatic follow-up task creation
  • Set the default number of days after sending before the follow-up is due (default: 3)

Follow-up tasks are regular CRM activities (type CALL), so they also appear in the Activities overview and count toward activity statistics.
