CRM Dashboard
The CRM Dashboard gives your sales team a real-time snapshot of pipeline health, recent activity, and items that need attention.
Pipeline Summary
The pipeline summary widget displays your active opportunities grouped by stage, with total deal values for each.
| Stage | What it shows |
|---|---|
| New | Freshly created opportunities not yet in discussion |
| In Discussion | Active conversations with prospects |
| Proposal Sent | Awaiting response on a sent proposal |
| Accepted | Deals that have been won |
| In Execution | Work in progress on accepted deals |
| Completed | Successfully delivered deals |
| Lost | Deals that did not close |
Each stage shows the count of opportunities and their combined value, giving you a visual funnel of your sales pipeline.
Activity Stats
The activity stats section summarizes team engagement over a configurable time period:
- Calls made -- total outbound calls logged
- Emails sent -- email activities recorded
- Meetings held -- completed meeting activities
- Tasks completed -- finished task activities
Stats can be filtered by team member to review individual performance.
Actions List
The actions list highlights items requiring immediate attention:

| Overdue follow-ups | Leads or opportunities past their follow-up date |
| Unassigned leads | New leads without an assigned owner |
| Stale opportunities | Opportunities with no activity in the configured period |
| Upcoming tasks | Tasks due today or tomorrow |
Click any action item to navigate directly to the relevant lead, opportunity, or activity.
Recent Leads and Opportunities
Two feed sections show the latest activity:
- Recent Leads -- the most recently created or updated leads with their current status and source
- Recent Opportunities -- the latest opportunities with stage, value, and assigned owner
