Order History
View your past orders and download invoices.
Viewing Orders
Order List
Open Orders from the avatar menu in the shop header. The list shows your most recent orders, newest first. Each entry displays:
- Order number (last 8 characters of the order ID)
- Status badge
- Order date and number of items
- Order total
- An "Invoice available" indicator when an invoice exists
Order Status
Orders are sales orders, so the badge shows the sales order status, for example:

| OPEN | Order received and open |
| WAITING_ON_APPROVAL | Awaiting approval |
| PARTIALLY_COMPLETED | Partially fulfilled |
| COMPLETED | Fulfilled |
| CLOSED | Closed |
| CANCELLED_BY_CUSTOMER / CANCELLED_INTERNALLY | Cancelled |
| PARTIALLY_RETURNED / RETURNED | Returned |
| REJECTED | Rejected |
Order Details
Click an order to open the detail drawer:

| Header | Order ID, status badge, order date, expected delivery date (if set), payment method |
| Delivery Address | Where the order ships to |
| Products | Each product with quantity, unit price, and line total |
| Order Summary | Subtotal and total |
| Invoice | Invoice number, date, and status (when an invoice exists) |
Invoice Download
When an invoice with a PDF is attached to the order:
- Open the order details
- Find the Invoice section
- Click Download to open the invoice PDF
