Alpha offers a self-service free trial: create your own environment in minutes, no payment details required.

Starting a trial

1. Go to alpha.asrr.nl/signup

2. Enter your company name, your name and your email address

3. Choose which modules you want to try:

   • ERP: products, finance, inventory, production & suppliers
   • CRM & Sales: leads, clients, opportunities & support tickets
   • HR: employees, leave, vacancies & hour tracking
   • Projects & Housing: construction projects, 3D configurator & buyer guidance
   • Webshop: online product catalogue & orders

   Tasks, calendar, documents and reporting are always included.

4. Submit the form and open the verification link we email you

5. Set a password: your trial environment activates immediately

You become the owner of a fresh, private Alpha environment (tenant) with the modules you selected. You can invite colleagues right away via Administration > Users.

During the trial

• The trial runs for 2 weeks; a banner in the app shows how many days remain
• All selected modules are fully functional: there are no feature limitations
• Your environment is completely isolated from other organizations

When the trial ends

After 2 weeks the environment is deactivated automatically:

• Your data is kept: nothing is deleted
• Signing in shows an "environment inactive" notice
• Upgrade to a paid plan from Settings > Usage & Plan (see Plans & Billing), or contact contact@asrr.nl; reactivation restores everything exactly as you left it

Frequently asked questions

Can I change modules during the trial? Yes, contact us and we'll enable additional modules for your environment.

Can I extend my trial? Trials are 2 weeks by default. If you need more time to evaluate, reach out to contact@asrr.nl.

What happens to my data if I don't upgrade? It stays safely stored. If you decide to upgrade later, you continue where you left off. If you want your data removed instead, contact us and we'll delete the environment.
