• Manufacturing facility
• Any location holding inventory

Managing Stock Sites

Creating a Stock Site

1. Go to ERP > Stock Sites
2. Click Add Stock Site
3. Enter site details:

Configure site settings:

Site Contacts

Add contact information:

• Site manager
• Phone number
• Email address
• Operating hours

Locations Within Sites

Creating Locations

1. Open stock site
2. Go to Locations tab
3. Click Add Location
4. Enter:
   • Name (e.g., "Receiving Dock")
   • Code (e.g., "REC-01")
   • Type (Receiving, Storage, Shipping, etc.)

Location Types

Bin Management

For detailed tracking:

1. Enable bins for location
2. Create bin structure
3. Assign products to bins

Bin Naming Example:

A-01-01 = Aisle A, Rack 1, Shelf 1

Stock Site Operations

Receiving at Site

1. Goods arrive at site
2. Verify against PO
3. Record receipt
4. Put away to location/bin

Transfers Between Sites

1. Create transfer order
2. Pick from source site
3. Ship to destination
4. Receive at destination

Shipping from Site

1. Picklist created for site
2. Pick items from locations
3. Pack for shipment
4. Record shipment

Multi-Site Management

Site Selection

Users can filter by site:

• Dashboard shows selected site
• Orders default to user's site
• Inventory views filtered

Cross-Site Visibility

View inventory across sites:

• Total company inventory
• Site-by-site breakdown
• Available for transfer

Site Restrictions

Control access by site:

• Users assigned to sites
• Orders limited to assigned sites
• Reports filtered accordingly
