Viewing and managing inventory levels
Inventory Management
Track and manage inventory levels across your organization.
Inventory Views
All Inventory
View stock across all products and locations:
- Go to ERP > Stock > Inventory
- See complete inventory list
- Filter and search as needed
By Product
View stock for a specific product:
- Open product details
- Go to Stock tab
- See stock at each location
By Location
View stock at a specific location:
- Go to ERP > Stock Sites
- Select a stock site
- View inventory at that site
Inventory Table

| Stock Site | Location holding stock |
| On Hand | Current quantity |
| Reserved | Allocated to orders |
| Available | Free to sell/use |
| On Order | Coming from POs |
| Unit | Unit of measure |
Stock Status Indicators
Status Colors
| Status | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Healthy | Green | Above minimum |
| Low | Yellow | At or near minimum |
| Out | Red | Zero available |
| Overstock | Blue | Above maximum |
Alert Thresholds
Set per product:
- Minimum Stock - Low stock alert
- Reorder Point - Time to reorder
- Maximum Stock - Overstock alert
Stock Adjustments
Creating Adjustments
Correct stock quantities:
- Go to Inventory
- Find product and location
- Click Adjust
- Enter:
- New quantity or change
- Reason code
- Notes
- Save adjustment
Adjustment Reasons
| Reason | When to Use |
|---|---|
| Count Correction | After physical count |
| Damage | Damaged goods found |
| Expired | Product past date |
| Found | Unexpected inventory |
| Lost/Missing | Cannot locate |
| Theft | Suspected theft |
All adjustments are logged and auditable.
Stock Valuation
Valuation Methods

Viewing Valuation
- Go to Inventory > Valuation
- Select valuation method
- View total inventory value
- Drill down by category or site

- Go to ERP > Reports > Stock
- Select report type
- Apply filters (date, category, site)
- Generate report
- Export or print

- Recall capability
Serial Numbers
Track individual items:
- Unique identification
- Warranty tracking
- Asset management

Regular Counts
- Cycle count high-value items frequently
- Full count quarterly or annually
- Investigate discrepancies promptly

- Review minimum/maximum settings

- Adjust based on demand patterns
Organization
- Use consistent bin naming

- Optimize placement by velocity
