- Go to Administration > Shifts
- Create shift definitions:

Starting a Shift
- Worker logs in
- Selects current shift
- System records start time
- Activities tracked to shift
During the Shift

- Shipments processed
- Transfers completed
- Counts performed
Ending a Shift
- Review shift summary
- Complete handover notes
- Log out of shift
- System records end time

Creating Handover Notes
- Go to shift summary
- Click Add Handover Note
- Enter information
- Next shift sees notes
