Viewing invoices and payment status through the client portal
Portal Invoices
Clients can view all invoices issued to them and check payment status through the portal. This provides transparency without requiring phone calls or emails.
Invoice List
The invoices page displays all invoices associated with the client:

| Invoice Number | Unique identifier |
| Date | Invoice issue date |
| Due Date | Payment deadline |
| Amount | Total invoice amount |
| Status | Payment status (e.g. Sent, Paid, Overdue) |
Click on any invoice to view its full details.
Invoice Detail
The detail view shows the complete invoice including:
- Line items — description, quantity, unit price, and line totals
- Subtotal, tax, and total — financial breakdown
- Payment terms — due date and payment conditions
- Payment status — whether the invoice is paid, unpaid, or overdue
Payment Status
Invoices reflect their current payment status in real time:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Sent | Invoice has been issued but not yet paid |
| Paid | Payment has been received and recorded |
| Overdue | The due date has passed without payment |
Clients can use the invoice details (bank information, reference numbers) to arrange payment through their preferred method.
