Viewing and signing estimates through the client portal
Portal Estimates
Clients can view all estimates shared with them and accept or sign them directly through the portal. This eliminates the need for email attachments or manual signature workflows.
Estimate List
The estimates page shows all estimates associated with the client's email, including:

| Status | Current status (e.g. Draft, Sent, Accepted, Declined) |
Click on any estimate to view its full details.
Estimate Detail
The detail view displays the complete estimate including:
- Line items — description, quantity, unit price, and totals for each item
- Subtotal, tax, and total — financial summary
- Terms and conditions — any terms attached to the estimate
- Notes — additional notes from your team
Signing and Accepting
When an estimate is ready for approval, the client can accept it directly from the detail view:
- Review the estimate contents
- Click Accept or Sign
- The estimate status updates to
Accepted - Your team is notified that the client has approved the estimate
Once accepted, the estimate is locked and cannot be modified without creating a new version.
Declining
If the client does not agree with the estimate, they can decline it. Declined estimates remain visible in the list for reference but are marked accordingly.
