Dossier & messages
Buyers see their milestones on one timeline and message their kopersbegeleider from the portal
Dossier & Messages
Buyers with the buyerGuidance scope reach Dossier & berichten from their journey page (Mijn woning). It shows one chronological timeline per dossier and doubles as the conversation with the kopersbegeleiding team.
What's on the timeline
- Dossier gestart: when the kopersbegeleiding file for their house was opened.
- Completed journey steps: only steps marked visible to buyer; skipped and internal steps never appear.
- Messages: the full thread between the buyer and the team, rendered as chat bubbles with attachments.
Internal dossier events, staff comments, and email delivery records stay out of the buyer's view; those live on the staff-side dossier timeline only.
Messaging
The buyer writes a message (optionally with attachments) at the bottom of the page:
- The assigned kopersbegeleider gets an in-app notification deep-linking to the dossier.
- Staff reply from the dossier detail page; the buyer is notified by email (via the tenant's
BUYER_DOSSIER_MESSAGEtemplate, or a built-in fallback) with a link back to the portal.
Message access follows the portal's usual scoping: a dossier is only served to the client it belongs to, and any other dossier id is answered with not found; the portal never confirms someone else's dossier exists. Attachments can only be fetched through the message they are listed on.
