Portal Dashboard
The dashboard is the first screen clients see after authenticating. It provides a summary of recent activity and highlights items that need attention.
Overview
The dashboard displays:
- Pending Estimates — estimates awaiting the client's review and signature
- Outstanding Invoices — invoices that have not yet been paid
- Open Tickets — active support tickets with their current status
- Recent Activity — a timeline of recent events across all portal features
Pending Items
Pending items are highlighted at the top of the dashboard so clients can quickly see what requires action. Each pending item links directly to the relevant detail page:

| Ticket | Respond to operator message |
Navigation
From the dashboard, clients can navigate to:
- Estimates — full list of all estimates
- Invoices — full list of all invoices
- Tickets — full list of support tickets with option to create new ones
