Fulfillment is the process of picking, packing, and shipping orders.

Picklist Creation
Picklists group items to pick:
- Go to ERP > Logistics > Picklists
- Click Create Picklist
- Select orders to include
- Generate picklist
Picking Methods

Pick Process
- Assign picker to picklist
- Navigate to locations
- Pick items, verify quantities
- Scan or confirm picks
- Complete picklist
Handling Shortages
If unable to pick full quantity:
- Pick available amount
- Mark remainder as short
- System updates order
- Back-order or substitute
Packing
Packing Stations
Consolidate picked items:
- Bring picks to packing area
- Verify against order
- Select packaging
- Pack items securely

Record package information:

Packing Slip
Generate packing slip:
- List items in package
- Include order reference
- Add to package
Shipping
Creating Shipments
- Go to order or picklist
- Click Create Shipment
- Enter shipping details:
- Carrier
- Service level
- Tracking number
- Ship date
Carrier Integration
If integrated with carriers:
- Select carrier
- Get shipping rates
- Print label
- Tracking auto-populated
Ship Confirmation
- All packages created
- Click Confirm Shipment
- Stock deducted
- Order status updated
Partial Shipments
Splitting Orders
Ship available items first:
- Create shipment with available items
- Order status: Partially Shipped
- Remaining items await stock
- Ship when available
Customer Communication
Notify customers:
- Partial shipment notification
- Expected completion date
- Tracking information

Returns
Processing Returns
When items returned:
- Receive returned goods
- Inspect condition
- Create return transaction
- Issue credit or replacement
Return to Inventory

- Inspect quality
- Restock to inventory
