Subsidiary Management

Configure and manage multiple business entities within Alpha.

What are Subsidiaries?

Subsidiaries represent separate business entities:

  • Different legal entities
  • Different countries
  • Different brands
  • Different divisions

Subsidiary Configuration

Creating Subsidiaries

  1. Go to Administration > Subsidiaries
  2. Click Add Subsidiary
  3. Enter details:

User Access

Assigning Subsidiaries

Users can access:

  • Single subsidiary
  • Multiple subsidiaries
  • All subsidiaries

Switching Context

Users with multiple access:

  1. Click subsidiary selector
  2. Choose subsidiary
  3. Context switches

Cross-Subsidiary Operations

Stock Transfers

Move between subsidiaries:

  1. Create inter-company transfer
  2. Pricing applied
  3. Separate transactions recorded

Reporting

Consolidate data:

  • Per subsidiary
  • Combined reports
  • Intercompany elimination
